We can assess your employees first to determine what level of training they will need. A Skills Assessment has been developed for Processing of Injection Molding. We are in development stages on Assessments for Set-Up Techs and Maintenance.
Skills Assessments $250 per person
The assessments are primarily
essay question format and
require approximately two hours to take. After
which an analysis is provided breaking down the individuals strong and weak
areas. You can use this information to team up individuals within your
facility to learn from one another or we can train to those areas specifically
one on one or in a classroom setting.
