Preventive Maintenance
MRI will design and implement a custom Preventive Maintenance, PM program to meet your needs. A Yearly will be performed on your machines so they meet our baseline. Then scheduled monthly maintenance will maintain them in excellent condition.
We can design the program for your maintenance staff to perform on a monthly basis or we can come in and perform the tasks for you.

Machines 300 tons up to 700 tons $3295.00

MRI performs the following services during a Yearly Machine PM:

Inspect all the electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical devices. |

Level the machine. |
|
Single point the clamp. (toggle clamp machines) |
|
Check and tighten all electrical connections in the main control cabinet. |
|
Measure and inspect the screw and barrel. A report is submitted on the condition of each. |
|
Verify the barrel temperature controllers with NIST traceable calibration equipment. |
|
Check current draw on all legs of the barrel heaters. |
|
Clean the hydraulic oil reservoir and clean the tank strainer. |
|
Inspect all lubrication circuits. |
|
Disassemble and inspect the heat exchanger. |
|
Inspect and lube all motor bearings. |
|
Verify all main pressure valves. |
|
Test hydraulic oil and submit a report. |
